The bank is the VTC's shared wallet. Every contract pay-out, market sale, expense, garage upgrade and truck purchase flows through here. The current balance is the only money the VTC has - personal driver wallets are separate.
Balance
Current available funds. Goes up with income and down when invoices or purchases are paid.
Transactions
Full ledger of credits and debits. Filter by month to inspect activity; click any row for full details.
Monthly invoices
At the end of each day a service invoice is generated for garage upkeep. Unpaid invoices accumulate and show on the Bank page.
Pay Now
Settles the oldest outstanding invoice immediately. Auto-settle also runs on the next income event if the balance covers the bill.
Suspension
If invoices stay unpaid too long, garage upgrades lapse and new purchases are blocked until the balance is brought current. Pay the outstanding bills to restore service.
